Modern 5 Bedroom House w/ Pool 400m from the beach

The home is amazing. Spacious, well laid out, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The place is well located, close to the beach and with great restaurant options. Peter is extremely kind and always responds quickly. I recommend it and I plan to come back more often, as it was a really pleasant stay

Peter was very attentive and very friendly, always responding to each of my concerns. I went with my family and they had an amazing time. The space was just like the photos, with everything needed to arrive and settle in. Everything was very clean and tidy. I loved it. I would go again. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, Peter is an impeccable host, the house is close to the beach, which is beautiful, close to restaurants and supermarkets, everything is just like the photos, super comfortable for a large family, and when we were leaving, we were able to extend our check-out a bit since our flight was late; we will definitely be back!!

Our stay in Florianópolis was excellent. The accommodation stood out especially for its impeccable cleanliness, something we really appreciated. The location is unbeatable, very close to the beach, which makes everything much more comfortable. In addition, just 30 meters away there is a business where you can buy practically everything, which makes the stay much easier. Restaurants are also no more than two blocks away, so everything is very accessible on foot. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped, which made us feel really comfortable. Peter was an exceptional host: always attentive, available and willing to help us at all times. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience.

We were two families (11 adults and two small children) and the spaces were perfect. Peter was attentive to anything we needed. Both houses are just as shown in the photos, comfortable spaces, good location and kindness from Peter, the owner.

Peter's place is highly recommended! Very close to the beach and shops, and it is also spacious for several people. There were 12 of us and we had no problems.

Everything was excellent, honestly, I would recommend it a thousand times. Your host 10 out of 10. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Beautiful and very central place, it exceeded expectations.

Very good host and good house

I would definitely stay at the house again, it's super, the pool is cozy, exquisite, all the rooms are comfortable and there's air conditioning practically throughout the whole house. Peter is an excellent host, he was always attentive to us, I could say that it's the best house in the area, see you soon

The houses are impeccable, everything is clean, well organized. The bathrooms with super hot water. Peter helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, everything is very close, from the beach to the minimarket and pharmacies and restaurants. A/A work super well. Peter was very kind from start to finish. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, we even arrived very late on the day of check-in (because of problems with the car rental) and he waited for us and welcomed us with a smile on his face. He promptly answered what we asked, recommended great restaurants and was available all the time. A 10 for Peter. The house was very clean, organized, well equipped. We like the neighborhood, with good restaurants and beaches. There is a market on the street, which makes it much easier, as well as a very good bakery. My family was very pleased with everything. We will definitely be back!!!!
