House w/ Pool 400m from Jurerê Beach

Peter was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs and with a very friendly attitude. The house is beautiful, cozy and was very clean, and it's just like the photos. We felt so comfortable throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Peter's apartment with some friends for a relaxing weekend and it couldn't have been better. The area where it is located has both businesses and the beach within walking distance and is very quiet (there is a school and public transport passing by, which can be a little noisy, but it was not a problem for us). We had enough space to work, have quiet moments and also places to share. The place is fully equipped and allowed us to be really comfortable. The pool, although we couldn't use it because of the weather, is a beautiful place to enjoy, as well as the terrace and grill. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are impeccable. But the most important thing was Peter's warmth and attention, who was at our disposal whenever we needed him, to resolve our problems and queries quickly, and to help us even with recommendations. We will definitely be back! Thank you Peter!

The accommodation offered by Peter is an excellent option! The place has a great location in Jurerê, close to good restaurants, the market and, most importantly, the beach. In addition, the structure is complete and extremely clean. Exactly as shown in the photos. Finally, Peter is a very friendly and proactive host.

We went for work, we stayed a little in the house but everything was very quiet, comfortable, everything working well!

Had a great visit! The place was as described, clean and great location. Host was responsive and welcoming. It went very well, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Our experience was excellent! Peter was super kind, careful and easy to communicate, always available to help. He showed us great places to visit in the city and also contributed valuable tips to organize a surprise party — a care that made all the difference. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos, very well cared for and with an excellent location, close to the market and pharmacy, which made our daily lives very easy. We were positively surprised and undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florianópolis!

Great house, excellent location! Close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery! The house is well equipped, it has a hairdryer, iron, bed linen and bath! The rooms are great, with air conditioning. Peter was super receptive, kind, he always quickly responded to our messages, friendly and attentive.

Peter excellent host always attentive to our queries and needs I facilitated chairs and quitasol. Wonderful house, beds, sheets, all pristine furnishings of the top notch. Fully equipped with everything you need, wifi, everything new. Each room with air conditioning, pool size and spotless. Quiet, safe, beautiful place where you can walk at night without fear. With a super stocked convenience store where we find everything you need two houses away. Supermarket, restaurants and other everything within walking distance. With the best free fork where we ate very rich. We were walking to the beach, as it is very serca, beautiful beach, clean of warm water. We come back a thousand times!!

The stay was extremely pleasant and quiet. the house had all the amenities I mentioned in the description and Peter was always attentive to everything we asked him. the location is very accessible and comfortable to be able to leave and return to and from different beaches and places.

The house is sensational, exactly as described in the photos. Very comfortable bed and clean linen and towels. The outer part of the house is the differential, there is dedication and caprice of the host. Very good location and safe. We will definitely return.

The place... exquisite!! in perfect condition, like new. The house is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The pool stops after beach days is perfect. Even a asadito we did!! Amazing neighborhood, with convenience stores next door. On the beach you are walking... perfect!! the gastronomic area of Jurere is a couple of blocks away. Peter was an amazing host, he took care of everything we might need and even helped us plan a bit of our stay at Jureré. The house was in excellent condition, everything was as good as new and as shown on the ad, we had a really good time thanks to Peter! 100% would recommend.
